Prior to joining Vistria, Michael was an Associate on the Acquisitions & Investments team at L+M Fund Management, an affiliate of L+M Development Partners that invests in, acquires, and preserves workforce, affordable, and mixed-income multi-family housing across the country.
Prior to joining L+M Fund Management, Michael began his career in the Goldman Sachs Urban Investment Group (UIG).
During Michael’s time on the team, he was responsible for a variety of real estate investments across all product types including equity, debt, and tax credits that generated both strong financial returns and demonstrable social outcomes.
Michael serves on the New York Gotham Society Executive Committee of Enterprise Community Partners, a not-for-profit organization focused on creating affordable housing for low- income communities.
Michael graduated from the University of Pennsylvania with a B.A.
in Political Science and a minor in Urban Real Estate & Development.
