Meridith P. Sipek

Mr. Sipek joined Ramada Inc.'s corporate accounting staff in 1977 as a manager and held various positions in corporate and hotel accounting, serving as hotel group controller, before being named assistant corporate controller.
Mr. Sipek became Aztar's assistant corporate controller in 1989 and he was appointed controller in March 1990.
Mr. Sipek was appointed vice president of Aztar in May 2004 and continued his position as controller.
