Matthew Daniel

Mr. Daniel is a Senior Vice President of Harmonic Investment Management, Inc. Harmonic is the exclusive Index Advisor of the Sciens Fund of Hedge Funds.
He has more than 13 years of institutional investment experience.
Prior to joining Harmonic, Mr. Daniel was with FTN Midwest Research, a subsidiary of FTN Financial.
As a member of the Institutional Research Distribution Team, Mr. Daniel specialized in working with the firm’s hedge fund and proprietary trading desk clients.
Mr. Daniel also worked for GMAC’s Residential Funding Corporation division where he participated in the structuring, product development, and distribution of private label asset backed and mortgage derivatives.
Prior to GMAC-RFC, Mr. Daniel was with Dain Rauscher where he was responsible for trading and structuring mortgage securities within the Fixed Income Capital Markets group.
Mr. Daniel holds a MBA and Bachelor’s degree from the University of Tennessee.
