Profile

Mr. Stone joined the Connecticut Clean Energy Fund’s legal and regulatory group in 2008.
Prior to joining the CCEF, he was brownfields coordinator for the Regional Growth Partnership in New Haven, where he acted as project manager for various pollution remediation projects, including several funded by the Environmental Protection Agency.
Prior to that, he was a business development and government affairs liaison at the Connecticut Development Authority, where he primarily worked on the Authority’s legislative agenda, including drafting legislation and promoting its passage at the State Capitol.
Mr. Stone is admitted to practice law in Connecticut.
He earned a juris doctor degree from Western New England College School of Law, and a bachelor of arts in legal studies from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
