Prior to co-founding ISI Capital, LLC in November 1999, Mr. Fraker was the head of sales in the Emerging Markets Credit Group at Southport Securities, LLC from June 1998 and at Stires, O'Donnell & Co. from October 1995 where he also served as the head of emerging markets corporate bond research.
Previously, Mr. Fraker had been in sales and research in U.S.
high-yield bonds from 1989 to 1994 including 4 years at CRT Capital Group.
Before 1989, he worked in commercial banking with Bankers Trust Company and Chase Manhattan Bank which included a credit training program in 1982.

from the University of California at Berkeley and an MBA from The Wharton School.
