Mr. Mark O'Brien is Chief Investment Officer at AMP Capital Investors Ltd.
Mr. O'Brien responsibilities include delivering investment performance across the Listed Assets division which includes the Australian, New Zealand and Asian Equities and Fixed Income businesses.
He is also a member of the AMP Capital Leadership team.
He brings to this role extensive experience across a broad range of asset classes in a variety of investment roles within AMP Capital, including Investment Director of International Assets and our multi-manager funds, Head of Australian Equities and Director of Marketing and Strategy.
He was also Director of Investor Relations with AMP from 2001-2003.
Prior to joining AMP in 1992, he worked for nine years with ANZ in their investment management business.
Mr. O'Brien holds a Masters of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Agricultural Science degree from the University of Melbourne, and is an Associate of the Securities Institute of Australia.
