Ms. Brown jointly manages our combined Portfolio Management and Domestic Marketing group along with Mike Kelly.
She was formerly General Counsel of Hamilton Lane and was responsible for the firm’s legal affairs and for overseeing the negotiations of client interests in limited partnership agreements.
Prior to joining Hamilton Lane, Lydie was an attorney at Campbell Soup Company and General Counsel to the Godiva Chocolatier business.
Ms. Brown received a J.D.
from Ohio Northern University School of Law and graduated with honors from Manhattanville College with a B.A.
in economics and political science.
