KBC Asset Management SA (KBCAM-Luxembourg) is the Luxembourg-headquartered wholly-owned asset management subsidiary of KBC Asset Management NV, itself a subsidiary of integrated bank insurance group KBC Groupe SA/NV (XB: KBC) in Belgium. KBCAM-Luxembourg provides asset management services to private individuals, corporate clients and institutions. They also manage a diverse range of mutual funds across various asset classes, markets and strategies. The firm was founded in 1999.

KBC Bank NV (KBC Bank) is the wholly-owned banking subsidiary of KBC Groupe SA (BE: KBC) in Belgium, an integrated bank insurance group serving mainly retail customers, small and medium-sized enterprises and private banking clientele. Based in Brussels, the bank was established in 1998 when Kredietbank, CERA Bank and ABB insurance company merged to create the KBC Bank and Insurance Holding Company. In 2005 the KBC Bank and Insurance Holding Company merged with their parent company, Almanij, to create KBC Group NV.
