Santander Asset Management SA AGF (SAM-AGF) is the Chile-based asset management subsidiary of Santander Asset Management Investment Holdings Ltd., which is owned by Banco Santander SA (BME: SAN) in Spain. The firm was founded in 1993 as Santiago SA Administradora de Fondos Mutuos. They merged with O'Higgins Administradora de Fondos Mutuos SA in 1997 and was renamed Santander S.A. Administradora General de Fondos in 2003. In 2007, the firm became Santander Asset Management SA Administradora General De Fondos. Headquartered in Santiago, SAM-AGF manages the Santander fund range for individual and institutional investors.

Colfondos SA Pensiones y Cesantías (Colfondos) is the Colombian pension fund management subsidiary of AFP Habitat SA, which is owned by Prudential Financial, Inc. (NYSE: PRU) in the US. Founded in 1991, the firm is headquartered in Bogota and manages employee pension and severance funds.
