Changsheng Fund Management Co., Ltd. (CFM) is an independent Chinese fund management firm which was established in 1999. The firm's shareholders include Guoyuan Securities Co., DBS Asset Management, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Singapore-based DBS Bank, Anhui Provincial Innovation Investment Co. and Anhui Provincial Investment Group Co., both controlled by the Chinese Government.
