Leigh M. Nelson

Mr. Leigh Nelson is an Analyst at Temporis Capital LLP.
He graduated with distinction from the University of Edinburgh, attaining an MSc in Operational Research.
His dissertation investigated a nonlinear extension of a linear programming model for stripping coupons from bonds.
This was undertaken under the supervision of MBS Analysis, an Edinburgh based operational research company, which provide modelling solutions to the financial sector.
He also holds a BSc (Hons) in Mathematics and Mathematical Statistics from Rhodes University in South Africa.
Leigh Nelson began a PhD in Financial Mathematics at Imperial College, London and was allocated to Cinnamon Capital Management to gain experience.
After some months it became clear to him that he wanted to become a practitioner rather than an academic and he joined Cinnamon Capital (now Temporis) full-time.
