Mr. Lee W.
Minton, Jr., is Founder, President & Chief Investment Officer at Applied Portfolio Management, Inc. Prior to founding Applied Portfolio Management in February 1988, Mr. Minton was President of Minton/Newbold's Capital Management (MNCM) of Philadelphia, a firm he established in 1981 to specialize in fixed income portfolio management.
He left MNCM in order to recreate an organization that would once again reflect his philosophy of specialization and service to the institutional investment community.
Before MNCM, Mr. Minton began his career in 1969 at Fidelity Bank, also in Philadelphia, where he created a nationally recognized bond management group and served as Chief Institutional Investment Officer.
Mr. Minton graduated from Princeton University with a Bachelor’s degree in Economics.
