Prior to joining Chelsea, Mr. McNeil was instrumental in the building of First Pacific Advisors, first as executive vice president marketing, then in addition as president and chief executive officer of FPA Fund Distributors before his retirement.
In addition to these he is a member of Charity, Foundation, Church and Arts related Boards.
Mr. McNeil graduated from the University of California at Los Angeles, receiving a Master of Business Administration from California State University Long Beach and serving as a Naval Aviator.
