Larry Stein

Team member since May 2008, Mr. Stein is responsible for the Managed Accounts practice.
He focuses on portfolio and risk management strategy, client relationships and communications.
The author of the book, Value Investing, Mr. Stein recently began writing a new book on retirement investing.
Previously, he was responsible for managed accounts at a financial services boutique for five years, and for 15 years he consulted with CEOs and CFOs of NYSE and NASDAQ companies on communications strategies with investors and security analysts.
Mr. Stein graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accountancy from the University of Illinois in 1978 and a Master’s of Science degree in Taxation from DePaul University in 1980.
He lives in the northern suburbs of Chicago with his wife and children, and is currently the President of The Board of Jewish Education of Metropolitan Chicago.
