Dodgen is Vice President-Missile Systems Business of Northrop Grumman Corp.
Previously, he served as the Deputy Assistant Secretary of Defense for Policy and Missions, Director of the Joint Air and Missile Defense Organization and Commander of the US Army Aviation and Missile Command.
Mr. Dodgen served more than 34 years in the Army.
He received a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from Louisiana State University in 1972, an MBA from the University of Missouri and a Master's degree in National Security and Strategy from the United States Naval War College.
