Kern County Employees' Retirement Association (KCERA) is a multi-employer, defined benefit pension plan in Kern County, California. The firm was founded in 1945 and headquartered in Bakersfield, California. KCERA administers service retirements, disability retirements and survivorship benefits on behalf of active, deferred and retired members and their beneficiaries.
