Duke is a Director of National Council on Aging.
She has been an Executive Director of Cenla Area Agency for Aging, Inc. since 1975.
Ms. Duke is Chairman of the National Coalition on Rural Aging and a Director of the Central Louisiana Mental Health Association.
She is President of the Louisiana Council on Aging Directors Association and the Central Louisiana Coalition to Prevent Homelessness.
Prior to joining National Council on Aging, Ms. Duke was President of the Louisiana Aging Network Association, the Louisiana Health Care Campaign, Adult Day Care in Central Louisiana, Inc. and the Southwest Society on Aging.
Previously, she was Chairman of the Governors Elderly Health Care Council.
Ms. Duke worked for the National Association of Area Agencies on Aging.
