AXA Investment Managers Asia (Singapore) Ltd. (AXA IM-SG) is the Singapore-based subsidiary of AXA Rosenberg Asia Pacific Holding LLC, ultimately owned by AXA SA (EPA: CS; NYSE: AXA; OTCMKTS: AXAHY), a multinational insurance company headquartered in France. Formerly known as AXA Rosenberg Investment Management Asia Pacific Ltd., the firm was founded in 1990 as a joint venture between Nomura Asset Management and Rosenberg Institutional Equity Management. AXA IM-SG advises regional portfolios for funds managed within the parent group and distributes the group's range of equity, fixed-income, alternative and balanced products. They also trade Asia Pacific ex-Japan stocks. The firm's clients are institutions including pension funds, foundations and government entities.
