Kent Capps

Previously, Mr. Capps worked in the transaction services group for KPMG, LLP in Dallas.
He performed due diligence and financial analysis to assist both strategic and financial buyers through their transaction processes.
Prior to KPMG, he was an Investment Banking analyst at Salomon Smith Barney (Citigroup Global Markets, Inc.) in New York, as a member of the health care industry coverage group.
While there, he provided financial and advisory services, focusing primarily on mergers and acquisitions, equity offerings and acquisition financings.
Additionally, Mr. Capps worked with Motorola Ventures, the venture capital arm of Motorola, Inc. and worked in the corporate finance group of a small-cap publicly traded health care services company.
Mr. Capps has a Master of Business Administration in finance and entrepreneurship from the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business, a master’s in professional accounting and a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Texas at Austin.
