Ken O'Brien
Vice President of Software Engineering
Ken oversees the day-to-day operations of our software development teams both in technical support of Raindance's existing products and development of next-generation technologies.
With over 15 years experience in software design and development, Ken joined Raindance in January 2001 as a senior software engineer and was a technical team leader on multiple projects.
He assumed the role of Director of Software Engineering in June 2002.
Prior to working with Raindance, Ken served as a product architect and lead developer for Evolving Systems in its voice and data integration environment where he led efforts creating advanced call center technologies for the debt collection industry.
He has been a consultant for several telecommunications companies such as Ameritech, AT&T, GTE/Verizon and Qwest.
Ken holds a BS in computer science with minors in mathematics and business from the University of Denver.
