Juan Jimenez

Mr. Juan Jimenez is a Director-Client & Product Development at The Praedium Group LLC.
Prior to that, Mr. Jimenez was a Director in Merrill Lynch's Private Funds Group where he spent ten years advising real estate and private equity investment managers in raising capital for privately placed investment vehicles and managing relationships with institutional investors and their alternative asset programs.
Prior to the Funds Group, he was in Merrill Lynch's Real Estate Investment Banking Group where he concentrated on debt and equity offerings and M&A advisory to REITS, as well as private placements of direct real estate interests.
Mr. Jimenez received a BBA with Honors from the University of Texas at Austin, a JD from The University of Texas School of Law and an MBA from Columbia Business School.
