(AIFMC), formerly known as Industrial Fund Management Co., Ltd., is a Chinese investment advisory firm which was founded in 2003 through a joint venture between China-based Industrial Securities Co. Ltd. (51 percent) and AEGON International BV (49 percent) (Euronext: AGN; NYSE: AEG) in The Netherlands. Headquartered in Shanghai, AIFMC manages a range of funds for individual and institutional investors. The firm is a socially responsible investor and signatory to the UN Principles for Responsible Investment (UNPRI) which integrates environmental, social, and governance considerations into their investment process.
