Mr. Lipshutz graduated summa cum laude from the University of Pennsylvania, where he received a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the Wharton School and a Bachelor of Applied Science from the School of Engineering.
He also holds a J.D.
from Stanford Law School.
In 2006 and 2007, Mr. Lipshutz served as a law clerk to Justice Antonin Scalia on the U.S.
Supreme Court.
