Mr. Joseph Lambert is Co-Founder, President & Partner at Rockland Capital Energy Investments LLC.
He co-founded the firm in 2003.
He brings a private equity career spanning several years with investment experience in both the real estate and electric power industries.
Prior to joining Rockland, Mr. Lambert developed the 500 MW gas-fired power plant in Astoria (Queens), New York and he restructured the Project Orange plant with a debt financing and a monetization of the power sales and gas supply agreements.
Previously, he was Chairman of Interactive Properties Corp.
for 25 years, during which his career encompassed virtually every aspect of real estate including ownership of major commercial properties, real estate financing, acquisitions, sales and sale-leasebacks.
Mr. Lambert graduated from Columbia University.
