Prior to joining Encore, a Buckingham I portfolio company, Mr. Grabowski was President and CEO of Specialty Catalog, the nation's largest mail order distributor of wigs and wig accessories.
Prior to Specialty Catalog, Mr. Grabowski was President of several other notable catalog operations including Carol Wright Gifts, Brownstone Studios, and Popular Club Plan.
Further, he started his career with Doubleday and Company and was President of their largest unit, the Doubleday Book Clubs from 1981 to 1987.
Mr. Grabowski received his Bachelors of Arts degree in Economics and an MBA from Rutgers University.
