Jonathan H. White

Mr. Jonathan H.
White is a Managing Director at CBA Mezzanine Capital Holdings LLC.
Prior to joining CBA Mezzanine in March 2003, Mr. White has extensive years of commercial real estate experience including 11 years of commercial and multifamily securitization experience.
He served as a Principal of Prudential Mortgage Capital Company where he was responsible for managing the due diligence process on Prudential's commercial mortgage securitizations.
Before joining Prudential, he worked for ten years at Freddie Mac in its multifamily division, including three years in its Structured Transactions group, where he was responsible as transaction manager for several multifamily securitizations.
Mr. White received his BS in Economics from Miami University.
