John Tidmarsh

John started his career working for De La Rue in the UK, Switzerland, Malta, Paris and Milan, variously as European and then Global Marketing Manager and Director of De La Rue Cash Systems Italia.
More recently he has worked in investment banking as Vice President of Swicorp based in Egypt and Saudi Arabia, notably engaged in sourcing deals and performing due diligence in transactions across the Middle East and North Africa region.
Immediately prior to joining E-Synergy, John participated in the creation of a new clean energy venture capital fund.
John has a BA (Hons), MA and an MBA from the University of Cambridge.
He is fluent in French and Italian.
