John DeChristopher is Vice President of Artist Relations and Event Marketing Worldwide for The Avedis Zildjian Co. He is a Member of the Advisory Board for Drum Business Magazine and the Board of Directors for New York's famed Drummers Collective.
Prior to joining Avedis Zildjian in 1989, he held sales and artist relations positions at Simmons Electronic Drums and Drum Workshop, Inc. Previously, Mr. DeChristopher was Marketing Manager for Zildjian Drumsticks from 1990 to 1996.
He was President for the Percussion Marketing Council (PMC) from 2002 to 2004.
