John M. Capeci

PGIM Investments LLC is a SEC-registered investment advisor and fund-of-funds manager headquartered in Newark, New Jersey. The firm was founded in 1996 and formerly known as Prudential Investments LLC. They are an indirect, wholly-owned subsidiary of Prudential Financial, Inc. (NYSE: PRU). PGIM Investments serves as investment adviser and administers the business affairs of retail, insurance, and alternative funds.

In 1915 Charles Edward Merrill founded Merrill Lynch & Co. (NYSE: MER) with Edmund C. Lynch in Baltimore, Maryland. The modern Merrill Lynch was formed in 1940 through mergers with E.A. MLAM manages the Merrill Lynch family of mutual funds, as and acts as sub-advisor to other mutual funds.

AllianceBernstein LP (AB) is a SEC-registered investment advisor and mutual fund manager headquartered in Nashville, Tennessee. Founded in 2000, the firm is owned by Equitable Financial Life Insurance Co., ultimately held by Equitable Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: EQH). AB provides investment advice to investment companies, pension and profit-sharing plans, banks and thrift institutions, trusts, estates, government agencies, charitable organizations, individuals, corporations and other business entities.

Fred Alger Management LLC (FAM) is a SEC-registered investment advisor and mutual fund manager headquartered in New York City. Founded in 1964, the firm is wholly-owned by Alger Group Holdings LLC, which is wholly-owned by Alger Associates, Inc. FAM provides both discretionary and non-discretionary investment advisory services to institutional investors through separate accounts, US and foreign registered and privately offered funds, as well as through third-party sponsored funds and bank sponsored collective investment trusts; and to retail investors through wrap programs and US and foreign registered funds.

Mirae Asset Global Investments (USA) LLC (Mirae Asset USA) is a SEC-registered investment advisor headquartered in New York City. The firm was founded in 2008 by Hyeon-Joo Park.They are a wholly-owned subsidiary of Mirae Asset Global Investments (USA) Inc., which in turn is a majority-owned subsidiary of Mirae Asset Global Investments Co. Ltd., a Korea-based investment advisor that was established in 1997. Mirae Asset USA provides investment advice to individuals, investment companies, pooled investment vehicles, registered investment advisers, non-US registered funds, pension and profit-sharing plans, trusts, estates, or charitable organizations and other institutional investors.
