(OCM), the firm’s direct parent, in conjunction with Simmons & Company International (SCI). In February 2016, certain individuals affiliated with EOCM purchased SCI’s 50% ownership in the firm. EOCM provides investment advisory services to state and local pension systems, endowments, trusts, foundations, and high net-worth individuals.

Orleans Capital Management Corp. (Orleans Capital) is a privately-held registered investment advisor headquartered in Mandeville, Louisiana. The firm was founded in 1991 by Louis F. Crane, Sr. Orleans Capital provides investment advisory services to public pension and retirement systems, profit sharing plans and trusts, insurance companies and banks, as well as high-net worth individual investors.
