Ms. Joelle R.
Sullivan is Vice President-Human Resources & General Counsel at Presidio Capital Advisors LLC.
Ms. Sullivan joined Presidio in 2009 to head the firm’s Human Resource and Legal functions.
She manages and directs all human capital efforts for the firm which includes developing HR policies and procedures, overseeing the firm's recruiting, hiring, training programs, benefits and payroll, organizing firm events, as well as interpreting and managing applicable federal, state, and local employment laws.
She also serves as the Chief Legal Officer for the firm.
Prior to joining Presidio Ms. Sullivan headed up the employment law division at Autodesk Inc. and acted as the Vice President of Human Resources and General Counsel for International Microcomputer Software, Inc. (IMSI).
She also clerked at the California Supreme Court for Justice Joyce Kennard.
Ms. Sullivan earned her Juris Doctorate degree cum laude from the University of San Francisco School of Law and is certified with the California Bar Association.
