Prior to joining Carmel Partners in 2006, Mr. Flanagan was an Asset Manager for Fairfield Residential focusing on redevelopment and repositioning of multi-family real estate in the southeastern United States.
Mr. Flanagan was previously with Archon Residential, a wholly owned subsidiary of Goldman Sachs.
Mr. Flanagan's real estate experience began in 1989 at the United Dominion Realty Trust where he held various positions in asset management, acquisitions and dispositions.
Mr. Flanagan received his bachelor degree in Economics and Sociology from the University of Richmond and his MBA from Virginia Commonwealth University.
Mr. Flanagan has his CCIM designation and serves on the board for the Advisory Council for the Apartment and Office Building Association of Washington, D.C.
