Ciarmella is a Wealth Manager & Partner at Creative Planning LLC.
He takes his time with clients to understand and uncover their unique goals and concerns, develops a comprehensive plan to address them, and continues to stay engaged while monitoring their progress to achieving their goals.
He employs a holistic approach that addresses wealth management issues in the areas of retirement planning, investment management, education planning, tax and estate planning, business succession planning, corporate stock option planning, insurance, and charitable gift planning.
Prior to joining Creative Planning, he was an Account Executive with Fidelity Investments.
Prior to that role, Jim was the Managing Partner and Founder of Advantage Wealth Management, an independent full service financial planning firm.
Throughout his career, he has focused on assisting individuals and businesses with creating and monitoring a sound financial plan through prudent investment planning and risk management techniques.
He is a graduate of Northwood University with a dual major Bachelor’s Degree in Banking/Finance and Business Management.
He also holds the Certified Financial Planner certification as well as the Chartered Financial Consultant designation.
