Prior to joining Challenger in 2009, Mr. Richards worked as an analyst in ORIX Corporations Leveraged Finance group in Dallas.
While there, he provided credit analysis and underwriting support for a wide variety of transactions, including leveraged buyouts, mergers and acquisitions, dividend recapitalizations, and venture financings.
Additionally, Jeffrey managed a leveraged loan portfolio and worked closely with borrowers, bank syndicates, and financial sponsors on several major credit restructurings.
Mr. Richards has a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in finance from Baylor University.
