Jeffrey Moran

Jeff is a co-founder and Managing Director for MCP.
His primary focus is terms, legal and diligence.
Jeff is a partner with a prominent Chicago law firm.
His practice has focused primarily on trial work in the areas of patent law litigation and commercial litigation.
In his patent law litigation practice, Jeff has represented a variety of inventors and corporations in fields including computer technology, medical devices, and digital media.
Mr. Moran has also successfully defended patent infringement suits in the computer technology field.
Jeff is a member of the bar in the State of Illinois and has also been admitted to practice before the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit, the United States Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit, the United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit, and the United States District Courts for the Northern District of Illinois, the Eastern District of Texas, the Eastern District of Wisconsin, and the District of Colorado.
Mr. Moran has also been admitted on a pro hac vice basis in numerous other states including New York, California, Florida, Indiana, Tennessee, Hawaii and Maryland.
He earned his undergraduate, Cum Laude, and Juris Doctor degrees from Boston College.
