As Director of Marketing & Client Services, Mr. Jeff King manages the marketing vision for Vocent, ensuring that we are developing the right products and communicating our story effectively.
He also oversees the Vocent team responsible for creating a positive and compelling customer service experience throughout the pre-sales and implementation process.
Prior to Vocent, he led technical sales and project management initiatives at Synapta (a Silicon Valley startup providing custom e-commerce solutions for new businesses).
He was in the "eye of the storm" during the Silicon Valley dot com gold rush, playing an integral leadership role in the development of many web-based businesses for VC-backed startups and established companies.
