Europolia SPLA is an urban development and mobility project that aims to create a sustainable city by reducing its imprint and attenuating the effects of climate change. The project, called Grand Matabiau, platforms of oc, is centered around the Toulouse-Matabiau station and extends to the banks of the Canal du Midi.
