Roundy is Chief Operating Officer of Schaller Anderson Behavioral Health, Inc. Currently, he is a Member of the American Society for Public Administration, the Western Social Science Association, the American Society for Training and Development and the International Society for Performance Improvement.
Prior to Schaller Anderson Behavioral Health, Mr. Roundy was Vice President and Chief Executive Officer of East Valley Camelback Hospital.
Previously, he was Executive Director and Assistant Administrator of the Tri-City Community Health Center and Desert Samaritan Hospital.
Mr. Roundy received a Master's degree in Counseling Psychology from Chapman College and a PhD in Public Administration from Arizona State University.
