NoorderHuys Participaties Management BV (NPM) is a private equity investment firm based in Joure, The Netherlands. NPM was established in 2007 by John Ritchi, Johannes Osinga, Jan ten Cate and Alfred Stel. NPM is experienced in MBOs, growth capital and succession issues within family firms. NPM is the management team of the NoorderHuys Participaties fund. The fund's investors consist of former entrepreneurs as well as several corporate entities.

Friesland Bank Investments BV (FBI) is the wholly-owned subsidiary of Friesland Bank NV in the Netherlands. Established in 1982, FBI is a private equity firm which focuses on medium-sized enterprises. Located in Leeuwarden, Enschede and Amsterdam, the firm participates in a range of private equity investments, including expansions, takeovers, MBOs, family business successions and delistings.
