Mr. Chandler joined Carnegie Capital in February 2002.
From 1999 to 2001, he served as an Equity Analyst with National City Corporation evaluating technology, media and business services companies.
From 1993 to 1999, Mr. Chandler managed stock and bond portfolios for both private investors and institutions while working at two major regional banks.
In addition, he has seven years’ experience as a Commercial Lending Officer for a large regional bank, where he evaluated Ohio public and private companies.
Mr. Chandler is a Certified Financial Planner and holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation as well as a Series 62 securities license.
He obtained his MBA in Finance from Case Western Reserve University in 1985 and his bachelor’s degree in Economics from Cornell University in 1979.
Mr. Chandler is immediate past President of the Cleveland Society of Security Analysts and is an active member of the Association for Investment Management and Research (AIMR).
Additionally, he has presented his “How To Make Buy/Sell Decisions” lecture to finance students at Case Western Reserve, Cleveland State University and Ashland College.
Also, he teaches Investment Planning to CFP® candidates in the Executive Certificate in Financial Planning course at John Carroll University.
Mr. Chandler is the Assistant Director of the CAC Singers, a vocal ensemble of the Cleveland Athletic Club.
