James Daniel McQuiggan

McQuiggan is Financial Advisor at Pinnacle Investments, LLC.
In 2009, he joined Pinnacle Investments along with the other members of the Cuddy Group where he continues to focus on developing and servicing retirement plans.
He actively participates in group enrollment meetings as well as individual consultations with plan participants.
Mr. McQuiggan is a Financial Industry Regulatory Authority General Securities Representative (Series 7), State Securities Agent (Series 63) and is licensed by New York State Insurance for Life, Accident and Health, as well as being NYS Long Term Care Partnership Plan certified.
He is currently a committee member in the Skaneateles Chapter of Ducks Unlimited and participates in local Chamber of Commerce activities.
He was also a Charter Member of the Skaneateles Sunrise Rotary and past Secretary for Skaneateles Rod and Gun Club.
After teaching at the college level for a dozen years, he joined a global financial services firms in 1998 as a Financial Advisor and Financial Planning Specialist.
With a focus on assisting business owners with the design and implementation of retirement plans, he utilizes a broad range of plan providers based on the client's needs.
These include 401(k) plans, Profit Sharing Plans, SEP, SIMPLE IRA and Single Person 401(k) plans.
Mr. McQuiggan received his Bachelor's degree from the State University of New York at Fredonia where he graduated magna cum laude.
He continued his education at Syracuse University where he earned his Master's degree from the School of Arts and Science.
