Prior to joining Water Street in 2009, Mr. Catlett worked as an Analyst with Goldman, Sachs & Co. His responsibilities included working on a variety of transactions including: leveraged buyouts, strategic mergers and acquisitions, and debt and equity financing for Goldman’s Consumer and Retail Investment Banking group.
Mr. Catlett graduated with honors from the University of Chicago with a bachelor’s degree in Political Science.
