Kenneth Stinnett
was born in Norman, Oklahoma in 1947.
The oldest son of a career Air Force family, he traveled extensively throughout the U.S.
and Germany before his family settled in San Angelo, Texas.
Ken graduated from San Angelo Central High School in 1965, and earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Biology from Angelo State University.
Extensive post-graduate work at Angelo State University and New Mexico State University in Ecology, Ornithology and Statistics preceded his entry into the securities business in 1982.
Ken Joined A.G.
Edwards in July, 1982 and remained with the firm as an investment broker until January of 1993, when he left the firm with Roger Lord and Jim Spence to form Lord, Spence and Associates.
Ken's background in statistics and extensive experience in investments makes him a valuable member of the investment committee.
Ken has served as President of the American Red Cross Board in Las Cruces and as officer of the Regional International Association for Financial Planning Board.
Ken currently serves as president of the Mesilla Valley Audubon Society, and as a president of the Southwest Environmental Center.
He is a board member of the Southern New Mexico Natural History Foundation.
Ken is an active endangered species field biologist, ornithologist, photographer and scuba diver.
