Mr. Ilyas Kaziyev is a Member of the Executive Board.
He also serves as an Independent Director of JSC Kazakhstan Energy and Power Market Operator, which is a part of the national Samruk holding.
In 2005-2006, he worked as Chairman of the Board of Directors of Irtysh Chemical-Metallurgical Plant.
He was responsible for the plant's strategic development and investment funding issues.
From 2001 to 2005, he was First Deputy Director and then General Director of Zeinet, which became the biggest company in installation of automated systems in Kazakhstan oil and gas industry during that period.
In 1997-2000, he worked as Vice-President and then President of JSC ORPT and JSC Rauan, where he was responsible for operational management of commercial real estate.
Mr. Ilyas Kaziyev holds BSc degree in Electronic Engineering from the Almaty Energy Institute and MBA degree from the Almaty School of Management of the International Academy of Business.
