Groff is Co-Head of Global Equity Trading at Tourmaline Partners LLC.
He is also Founding Partner of the firm.
With more than 20 years of trading experience, he focuses on the development and supervision of all equity trading activity at the firm, and as the primary point of contact for clients trading domestic equities.
Prior to the formation of Tourmaline, Mr. Groff held similar roles at Greenwich Prime Trading Group.
In his earlier years, he was a Principal and Senior Equity Trader at Williams Trading, and a Senior International Equity Trader at Merrill Lynch, where he began his career.
Mr. Groff received his BS in finance degree from Western Michigan University and an MBA from New York University.
