Huff Kali

Kali Huff is a Partner at Claritas Capital where spends her time helping investors allocate within the private markets and sourcing deals for the firm’s real estate program.
Since joining in 2016, she has overseen Claritas’ investor relations, marketing and capital formation across the firm’s three investment verticals including expanding the firm’s family office and RIA relationships.
She has also been instrumental in reviewing and rolling out new products for Claritas including Opportunity Zone focused strategies and institutional short-term rental assets.
She serves as a Board Observer for Renewvia Energy Corporation, the firm’s most recent environmental & sustainable investment.
Prior to Claritas, Kali worked with institutional investors for macroeconomic research firms Strategas Research Partners and Variant Perception.
She started her career on Wall Street as a health care analyst for BB&T.
Kali is a graduate of the University of South Carolina’s International Business program and a Tennessee native.
She is active member in Nashville’s downtown Rotary club, a board member for The Collective, and a volunteer for Book’em.
Personal interests include sustainable and environmentally focused living, spending time hiking in nature, and her yoga practice.
Kali resides in East Nashville with her husband Matt and their two young boys
