Skaliks is Investment Committee Member at Strategic Asset Management Ltd.
Prior to Strategic Asset Management, Ltd., he oversaw adiverse loan portfolio at Banco Mercantil S.A.
Mr. Skaliks served as Chief Executive Officer and Portfolio Manager of a leading Bolivian mutual fund, broker-dealer and boutique investment bank where he created, managed and led a mutual fund company.
He also worked diligently to develop the local capital market as a member of the Board of Directors of the Bolivian Securities Exchange.
Mr. Skaliks holds a BS in mechanical engineering and an MBA with a concentration in finance, both from the University of Notre Dame as well as an MPA with a concentration in macroeconomics and financial markets from the Kennedy School at Harvard University.
