Bank of Scotland (Ireland) Venture Capital (BOSI-VC) is the Dublin-based private equity and venture capital division of Bank of Scotland Plc, ultimately owned by Lloyds Banking Group Plc (NYSE: LYG) in the UK. Formerly known as ICC Venture Capital, established in the late 1980s, BOSI-VC provides capital to develop new products and technologies, to expand working capital, to make acquisitions, or to resolve ownership and management issues. In addition to their Dublin office, BOSI operates from regional offices throughout the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland.
