It also has significant experience in other so-called old economy and capital-intensive industries such as energy, aviation and telecom. Litigation support and fiduciary services includes expert testimony and litigation support with respect to complex financial matters such as enterprise valuation, corporate finance and restructuring. It also advises management and boards of directors, and serves as trustee, liquidating trustee, and in similar fiduciary capacities, in bankruptcies, post-bankruptcy litigation trusts and other troubled situations.
