Mr. Borda has been a board member of various private equity funds' boards of directors, including St. Cloud Capital, CapStreet Capital, Grey Mountain Partners, and DBL Equity.
He has served on the board of various organizations, including the Executive Committee of the Small Business Investor Alliance, a leading national organization of lower-middle market private equity funds and investors.
Mr. Borda holds an MBA and BS in Finance, both from The University of Texas at Austin.
He is also a graduate of the Venture Capital Institute.
